Hemhem & cMa went cycling at East Coast Yippie! Finally we got to exercise. haha
It was fun and tiring haha. Really fun to be cycling around the beach.
But The bicycle was kind of lousy ar..hmmm what do u expect hehe $6 for 2 hours per bicycle. we only cycled for 1hr 15mins only. haha
Right after that we collected cMa's hp at wheelock. :)
Such a great day! Felt healthier & lighter. haha wanna go exercise again la.. hehehe!!!
By exercising, ur happy hormone (endorphins) are produced in ur body making you feel happy and gayful!!! ^_^
